Terms of Service

Noppera is brand visibility monitoring software. It captures partner web pages that you ask us to monitor, measures your brand’s visibility on them against competitors, and reports the results in a dashboard and by email. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

Accounts are created by invitation for a customer company. You must give accurate information, keep your password and sign-in method secure, and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. Company admins manage who in their company has access and are responsible for the people they invite.

You agree not to: use the service unlawfully or to infringe anyone’s rights; attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours; probe, disrupt or overload the service; reverse engineer it except where the law allows; resell or provide it to third parties without our written permission; or use it to build a competing product.

You own the information you provide to us and the reports produced for your company. You give us permission to process it to provide, secure and improve the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

The service captures publicly available partner web pages and public social media posts. Screenshots and measurements are provided for your internal business use. Partner websites change frequently and detection is automated, so results are estimates and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate.

Fees, plans and payment terms are agreed with your company in writing. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.

Noppera, its software, design and brand remain ours. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

Each party will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and use it only for the purposes of the service, except where disclosure is required by law.

We aim to keep the service available and to fix problems promptly, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and we will try to minimise disruption.

We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously breached, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users. Your company may stop using the service in line with its agreement with us. When access ends, your right to use the service stops; on request we will delete your company’s data within a reasonable time unless we must keep it by law.

Except as expressly stated in these terms or a signed agreement, the service is provided “as is” and we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees your company paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will give reasonable notice, for example by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Noppera is established, and disputes will be handled by its courts, unless your company’s agreement with us says otherwise. Questions about these terms: [email protected].
