Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Noppera collects through noppera.com and the Noppera dashboard, why, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you book a demo or contact us, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email and, if you provide them, your company, role and message. When your company invites you to the dashboard, we store your email address, your name and your role in your company’s workspace.
Signing in
Sign-in is handled by Supabase Auth, either with an email and password or with your Google account. If you use Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. Passwords are stored by Supabase in hashed form; we never see them.
Cookies and browser storage
We use one essential cookie,
vm_session, to keep you signed in to the dashboard (HttpOnly, expires after 7 days). The dashboard also stores small items in your browser’s local storage and session storage: a note that you are signed in, your sidebar preference and a copy of recently loaded dashboard numbers so pages load faster. These are cleared when you sign out. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from abuse. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. What Noppera monitors
The service captures public partner web pages (for example retailer landing pages, category pages and search results) and public social media posts by partner accounts, to measure brand visibility. These captures are about brands and products, not about individual people.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to enquiries and demo requests, to provide and secure your account, to send service emails such as invitations, password resets and visibility alerts you have subscribed to, and to operate and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers who process data on our behalf: Vercel (website and application hosting), Cloudflare (DNS, network security and performance), Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), Brevo (email delivery), Google (optional sign-in) and Google Workspace (our team email). Each receives only what it needs to provide its service.
How long we keep it
Account information is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the dashboard, which removes your sign-in and your membership. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes and contact
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Questions about this policy: [email protected].
